rtisathi.com helps Indian citizens file Right to Information (RTI) applications with the Central Government and all State Governments across India. Filing an RTI yourself can be confusing — the right department, the right officer, and the right legal language all matter if you want a response.
We do the research for you: we identify the correct Ministry, Department, and Public Information Officer (PIO) for your specific matter, draft the RTI in the required format, and file it on the official government portal.
We believe in zero upfront risk. You submit your case for free. We call you to discuss it. We draft the RTI. Only then — once the work is done — do we ask for a flat ₹149 + 18% GST via UPI.
End-to-End Support — RTI, First Appeal & Second Appeal
Once your application is submitted, you get access to a personalized dashboard where you can track its real-time status.
If the government department provides an incomplete or unsatisfactory answer, or fails to reply within the mandated 30 days, we help you draft and file a First Appeal with the First Appellate Authority — ₹199 + 18% GST, same zero-upfront model.
If the First Appeal also doesn't yield a satisfactory outcome, we take your case all the way to the Central or State Information Commission with a Second Appeal — ₹199 + 18% GST. We handle the entire escalation path so you never have to navigate the bureaucratic process alone.

We understand that many RTIs deal with personal grievances, employment records, or sensitive community issues. Your case details, uploaded documents, and voice recordings are kept strictly confidential. They are stored securely and used solely for the purpose of researching and drafting your application.

RTI Sathi was created by Varun Kumar to bridge the gap between citizens and the government. Our goal is to make the powerful tool of the RTI Act accessible to everyone, removing the bureaucratic hurdles and technical jargon that often discourage people from seeking the information they deserve.
